As the first revenue management hire at Summer this position will be pivotal in building the foundation of Summer’s revenue management strategy. This role will work closely with functional leaders across acquisitions, design, engineering and operations to run experiments, vet and develop new tools and maximize home performance. This is an opportunity to truly build a revenue management function from the ground up.


  • Define & operationalize pricing and revenue strategies for Summer markets, property types, and customer segments

  • Drive analysis to inform pricing and revenue decisions

  • Partner with acquisitions and operations teams to improve and maximize market performance

  • Design & execute pricing experiments

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve Summer revenue management function and unlock new capabilities

  • Advise engineering and product teams to develop and refine in-house revenue management tools and reporting


  • 3+ years of experience high-quality revenue management experience 

  • Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems using quantitative analysis

  • Comfortable working with large data sets and demonstrated ability with Excel and or other analysis tools (SQ, Tableau, R, Python, etc)

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and self-motivated
